New providers: To become an AllergyEasy physician, simply fill out our New Account Registration, and we’ll help you get started.
Existing providers: Once you have logged onto “My Account,” you are free to move between the regular site and “My Account” until you close your browser window. Be sure you save your log in information in a safe place for next time.
